You've got two sign up offers here and both are good value, so there should be no concerns about whether this is a good spend or not. You log in and find yourself at the main hub for the network where you can see the splash-banners for each of the sites. Some of the titles can be hard to read at first, but you get an idea of whats going on from the images. It would be difficult to list every site by title here, but some of the categories or niches that they cover include:

Once in a site you find that it has a simple home page where, usually, the most recent content is shown, though some of these home pages had a minor error and showed a broken link. Viewing is simple, in fact it is rather basic. I found only one stream, at around 920 x 516 in Flash and only one download. This was usually an MP4 file and the size and resolution is going to vary according to the age of the site. There are some HD scenes up at 1,280 x 720, but not all are of that resolution, and you only get the one choice for downloading. You may find some smaller files for older scenes, some may be WMV and others may be large files of over 1Gb, which may become an issue if you are on a slow connection. Generally speaking the movies are a decent quality with a mix of amateur and studio filming.
