The only player executes a WMV embedded player in pretty good quality. I downloaded the video file, and was able to find out the bit rate which is 720 x 406 @ 1814 kbps. That is near DVD quality, and the video footage was crisp and nice in color. The speed I got from the server wasn't too good though, it maxed out at about 500kb/sec which is medium at best.
