Group Med Exams Full Review
What there isn't a lot of on this site are group exams, which is strange considering the title. These are individual examinations and they hit the mark in terms of being fetishistic and reasonable quality, but it's all boy with doc, rather than groups. The company do have other sites where you have groups of boys in the surgery going through the same things, but you cant access that content as, unlike some of their other sites, this one doesn't seem to come with any extras or bonuses.
So what you have are 50 scenes, exclusive and easy enough to access. And it looks like there is a new one being added each week. The scenes are all available in Flash streaming and in clips only, so you've got to stay as a member to view anything here. But that's ok. There is also only one choice of resolution and it's a middle of the road, decent enough one to use. It is set this way so that everyone can easily view the stream, even people on a slower connection.
You will find something of a standard progression in your movies, and each particular part of the exam is separated out in the clips, so you can, if you want, simply view the chest exams, the penis measuring or the anal probing, you can also run from one clip to the next and follow the whole check up. These exams do get internal and there are stretched wide asses for you, and later the boys are asked to pee, or cum into the dishes, so you get that element added in too. Actually the doctors seem so adept at what they are doing you get the impression that they are actually real doctors, as opposed to actors. Perhaps they are, who knows. But the point is that the movies come across as very realistic, which adds to their appeal.
The photo sets are screen caps, there are loads of images in each one and they're not the worst we've ever seen, nor are hey the best. Numbers vary but are always in the hundreds per set range (movie lengths also vary from around 20 to around 45 minutes).

Quality
Id have to say that the quality here is mid-range because the site is aiming for all users, no matter what their connection speed etc. So you have screen cap galleries and medium Flash streaming only. The deign is very simple so navigation is easy, the boys are natural and amateur looking the doctors look like professionals.
