I have to admit that when I first saw the tour pages at Assylum I thought, WTF? And then I looked closely and got the message: this is a new and exciting fetish site that is pushing boundaries. The premise is that there's this madhouse somewhere and the patients are all sexy porn goddesses and they need special treatments to get better. Those treatments include: humiliation, forced ass licking, BDSM to the extreme , having but-plugs shot at their asses from a bow and arrow (it gets crazier) and lots of hard anal sex hence the spelling of Ass-ylum. The doctors treat them mercilessly, or rather, mistreat them mercilessly, and you get a new hour long session of madness, mayhem and marvellous porn every week.

There were 38 scenes when I was in the site and they are presented in the member area pretty much as they are on the tour. The latest scene is shown at the top of the page and then the others are beneath it, and you can re-order those others by title, rate or date. Each scene comes with a trailer and also an audio commentary so you can listen to the filmmakers, like you would on a DVD extra another unique touch. You've also got the option to download in 1080p HD or the higher 4K, a long as you have gone for the higher membership level. (See the note below.) Either way, you get great quality image and sound, and a full on, usually around half to one hour long, session which is crazy and noise, fast and furious and sometimes downright nasty.

There are smaller resolutions for download as well, with 720p and 480p, and these are Mp4 files so should be find on your phone. There was only one option for streaming though, but this worked nice and smoothly on a 4Mb connection.

Movies come with some images beneath them to give you a rough idea of what takes place in each scene. There are only a few of these, they are in decent sized thumbnails and then click up to 2,000 x 1,125 when at full size and come with easy navigation tools so you can click through one after the other. There is also a link to click to view the high resolution version of each image and these were at 3,246 x 1,826 so you're going to need a pretty big monitor to get all that in, in one go. Like the videos, the quality was fine here, very fine in fact and even at the huge size the detail was sharp.

Navigating around the site is easy. There's the left menu which takes you to home and to a couple of other areas, for example the list of models, the Lab Room, which is the in-keeping way of saying Forum for members, and then there is the Arts & Crafts Shop. Here you can actually buy items of clothing and other props as worn by the models in the videos. Moving between videos is also easy with linked tag words and a general search engine, so everything in this nut house of nut busting porn works really well, looks excellent and gives you exactly what was promised on the tour.

Note: You need to check out the signup page carefully when going for your membership. There are two tiers, one that will let you download and stream up to 1080p and one that lets you stream and download up to 4k. But for that one you will need a powerful machine, and video card and a decent monitor. It is all explained on the join page.
