At the time of this review there are 34 scenes, that don't look to be exclusive as I've seen them (or very similar ones) on an other site. The scenes are available for viewing as High & Low bandwidth videos that may be viewed online or downloaded in MP4 format. They do disclose the size of the video files which is great; but forget to mention the bit rate / video dimensions. Each scene also has a photo gallery that looks to be 720px 480px picture resolution. After downloading a video, I can tell you that the photo galleries are not high resolution pics, rather they are screen grabs from the High Bandwidth video. They do offer a slide show projector, enabling members to sit back and enjoy as the pictures scroll automatically on their screen. Unfortunately there is no way to download the pictures as whole in a zip pack file. Navigating the content area, I noticed they use a very dark link color for visited links, making it quite hard to notice the placement of links.
The scenes can be rated out of 5 points that help establish a criteria for ranking. The very best content gets added to the TOP RATED section where the top 9 scenes based on user ratings show up. There is even a very personal BIO page that tells members about Chelsea Pfeiffer, the master spanker at Punished Angels. The content at Punished Angels is not exclusive; the videos are not bad both available in MP4 format, but there are no more video file formats which is a lacking feature. There are only 34 scenes but the site gets weekly updates. The pictures are only low resolution screen shots from the movies; they don't have high resolution photos available.
Pros
The best thing about Punished Angels is that it's all girls spanking girls content. As it's fairly new site, there are only 34 scenes so far, but the site receives weekly updates so it's ever growing. Members get access to an incredible 25+ bonus fetish sites with their Punished Angels membership.
Cons
I didn't like the fact that the video files are only available in MP4 format. They should really add WMV, and FLASH as well, also disclosing how long a movie is, and what bitrate/dimensions it is. Not all of the content is exclusive, and some of the scenes are missing video links. The monthly price of $39.95 is a little bit expensive.

Conclusion
When I checked out Punished Angels I really liked the fact that it was all girl-girl content. What wasn't so great is that the site only has 34 scenes and that these are not exclusive. In addition the picture content is nothing to be too pleased about either. The bonus package definitely saves the day when it comes to Punished Angels!
