You're able to download the videos and stream them, and there are three qualities of streams to choose from with 720p HD at the top of the scale, the others will be suitable for mobiles as these were all Mp4 files. Movies run for around four minutes on average and the quality is at a decent amateur standard, though the videos are all very simple. They are also pretty natural, which helps, and you're not going to find them anywhere else.
The galleries hold good sized pics and the quality is fine. They go up to 1,280 x 960 in size and you can view and take them one by one, or take a zip file of each set. There are around 70 to 250 pics per set and there are loads of posed photos of Chloe that you might want to keep.

If Cruel Chloe was a standalone site at $29.95 then it would indeed be cruel, but the bonus sites save the day and add much more value to her 2843 videos and eight galleries. Her theme is hard to find so that's good and she will make you feel small and dirty if that's what you want. You can save her content but there will be no more, it seems.
